admiral.digital is looking for an experienced and talented CRO Specialist. You will be part of a fast-growing team working on global and local accounts, reporting directly to the UX Lead and working in conjunction with the Head of UX/UI and Product Lead.
You are responsible in improving ecommerce, website and landing page performance by analysing user behavior, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates.
You will collaborate closely with UI/UX, development, and performance marketing teams to optimize user experiences for conversion. Business growth metrics are your middle name.

Roles & Responsibilities.
Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist:
Develop data-driven CRO strategies aligned with business objectives, collaborating with Growth and Product teams to improve website performance and drive conversions.
Lead continuous optimization of eCommerce, landing page conversion rates, lead sign-ups, and revenue metrics through data analysis and testing.
Conduct A/B tests, analyze conversion bottlenecks, and work with UX/UI teams to optimize user journeys and reduce friction in funnels.
Monitor and optimize technical aspects like page load times to enhance conversion rates.
Independently manage CRO projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Communicate directly with clients and bridge the gap between Clients, UI/UX Designers, and Developers to align business goals with user needs.
Utilize testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to derive actionable insights.
Leverage experience with platforms like Shopify, Unbounce, and Elementor to support CRO initiatives.
Project Management:
You manage project(s) independently from start to finish, meeting deadlines while maintaining thriving internal and external relationships.
Skill Sets:
You have experience in conversion rate optimization with performance marketing knowledge.
You have strong ability to articulate data insights through data storytelling along with crafting recommendations and hypotheses based on data.
You have experience using testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely or equivalent
You have experience using landing page tools such as Unbounce, WP/Elemntor,
You have experience using Shopify
Stakeholder Relationships:
Work collaboratively with UI/UX, development, and performance marketing and technical team to optimize user experiences for conversion.
Work and communicate with client teams directly where required.
Present design decisions to stakeholders, articulate rationales behind to obtain approval.
Form a bridge between the Client and UI/UX team to ensure both the business objectives and user needs are continuously aligned.
You document test procedures and results for future reference and accountability.
Have a “can-do” attitude and proven ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements.
at least 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization with performance marketing knowledge.

experience using testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely or equivalent
experience using data analytic tools such as Google Analytic 4, Hotjar/MS Clarity or equivalent
experience using landing page tools such as Unbounce, WP/Elemntor, Shopify
excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and verbal);
Able to present complex topics in a well-disposed manner;
The ability to concentrate on multiple projects and clients;
