Product Owner

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of technology products.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UI and UX designers. As Product Owner you take on several roles, including business and market analyst, UX strategist, technical analyst, client manager and project manager. The Product Owner is an integral part of any integrated technology product team. 

You will work with clients and teams directly. You will consult and strategize for product development requirements. You translate business requirements into UX requirements and technical requirements working closely with both UX/UI and development teams.

Roles & Responsibilities.

Other key responsibilities:

Gather high-level business requirements from clients, propose solutions with trade-offs, and oversee product delivery through completion.
Develop, own, and execute product roadmaps, translating them into clear product requirements like user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage the end-to-end product launch process, continuously refining priorities, identifying risks, and tracking deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn data insights into actionable product optimizations and maintain the sprint backlog.
Contribute to product design based on user and technology knowledge while refining product workstreams and SOPs.
Balance speed and quality in product delivery by coordinating between internal product and external development teams.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment between product management, marketing, and sales teams.
Maintain strong internal and external relationships, managing communications, tracking product performance, and providing transparent reporting to clients.

Requirements.

5-6 years working experience in product management passionate in creating the best user / customer experience for a business.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Experience in fullstack development for website, mobile app, web app, e-commerce site is an added advantage
Proven track record of delivering successful web and mobile products in a fast-paced, agile environment
