Talent Experience Manager

On-site, Kuala Lumpur

Roles & Responsibilities.

  • Design and implement programs, events and activities to increase overall organisational wellbeing and employee engagement
  • Manage the workplace environment and think of creative ways to improve the office working atmosphere and experience
  • Lead and plan special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, festive holidays, employee appreciation days, employee recognition programs, all the fun events!) to strengthen workplace relationships
  • Support and collaborate with the creative and content team to improve employer branding through sharing the Company culture, social events, etc on social media platforms.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process of new / existing employees to ensure the positive experience.
  • Manage work permit applications and terminations
  • Support and facilitate employee growth opportunities through training and mentoring programs to grow and invest in employee’s education
Requirements.
  • Solid experience in managing employee experience and wellbeing in an inclusive and diverse organization.
  • Strong passion in organizing events and activities; loves getting things done.
  • Great sense of humour – enthusiastic, positive and friendly
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence
