Common Ground

Connecting regional workspace discovery with a clearer path to enquiry.

Common Ground’s coworking and flexible workspace offer served customers across Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. Its digital experience needed to help prospective members discover relevant locations, understand their options and connect with the local team.

admiral.digital brought together regional website UX and UI, development, performance marketing and measurement. The work connected customer acquisition with the website experience, supporting the journey from an initial search or advertisement to an enquiry and workspace visit.

The priority.

For a regional workspace business, generating interest is only the beginning.

Prospective members need to find a suitable location, explore the workspace offer and take a clear next step. Marketing activity needs to generate enquiries that local sales teams can turn into conversations, visits and memberships.

Common Ground’s priority was to strengthen that connection across its markets: bring the regional offer into a coherent website experience and refine digital acquisition around relevant, contactable leads.

Our approach.

We treated the website and performance marketing as connected parts of the same customer journey.

The engagement began with strategic consulting focused on customer acquisition and its cost. This developed into regional website design and development, alongside campaign setup, management and tracking.

We organised activity around awareness, enquiry and the handover to Common Ground’s sales teams. Campaign decisions considered search intent, location and lead quality, with market-specific adaptations supporting the wider regional approach.

The work.

A regional website built around discovery and enquiry.

We designed and developed a new regional website covering Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines.

The UX and UI brought workspace discovery and lead capture into the same experience, helping visitors move through the offer towards an enquiry or tour request.

The website provided a shared regional foundation while accommodating country and location-specific content. Its launch connected the campaign activity with a more focused destination for prospective members.

Original website workspace options

Performance marketing shaped by local intent.

We managed paid campaigns across the three markets, using Google Search and Display, with Facebook activity also supporting acquisition in the Philippines.

Search campaigns were structured around brand, location and workspace-related intent. Display and remarketing activity supported audience development and re-engagement.

Local relevance informed the execution. In Thailand, this included Thai-language advertising, while campaign structures across markets reflected the locations and workspace options customers were considering.

Optimisation focused on lead quality.

We reviewed campaign performance alongside feedback about the enquiries being generated.

This helped distinguish activity that attracted broad interest from activity that brought in more relevant prospects. Search intent, keyword selection and remarketing became important considerations in refining the acquisition approach.

The focus extended beyond clicks and form submissions to the usefulness of those enquiries for the sales team, while recognising that visits and membership conversion remained part of Common Ground’s sales process.

Measurement and a practical handover.

Analytics and tracking connected campaign activity with website enquiries, providing a basis for assessing acquisition performance.

Market handover reports brought together campaign structures, results, audience insights and recommendations. These captured the learning from the engagement and gave the Common Ground team a practical reference for subsequent optimisation.

The result.

A more connected foundation for regional customer acquisition.

Common Ground gained a new regional website, coordinated paid campaigns and clearer visibility into the relationship between traffic and enquiries across three markets.

The work also established a more informed approach to lead generation: considering local relevance, customer intent and sales feedback alongside campaign metrics. Together, these elements supported the path from discovering a workspace to starting a conversation with the team.
