We apply a minimum engagement fee of $25,000 USD to any of our services across our portfolio. Our billing is transparent and, as a client, you have full control, visibility, and ownership over media budgets, technology and systems, and any other 3rd party tools we use to drive results. As your digital agency partner, admiral.digital does not hold any admin access to accounts or marketing technologies deployed.
Our media management fees are never based on % of media budgets as we believe this to be counterproductive. Aligned with our embedded agency model, we charge fixed management fees on a monthly basis independently of the size of the media budget. As a client, you always have access to all advertising accounts and we offer the option to consolidate media budgets and management fees under one invoice if required.
For us to fully understand your existing digital marketing and technology challenges and to determine how our digital marketing consultants can help deliver results, we spend significant time at the outset understanding your needs first. Our scoping process is driven by in-person interviews with both your management team and your marketing and technology teams. Depending on the complexity of the requirements and the expectations your organization has, we may advise initially engaging admiral.digital for a digital marketing or technology audit.
This is a low-cost engagement that usually doesn’t take more than two working weeks to complete. The management fee for the completion of the audit will be partly discounted from future engagements with us as your digital agency partner. The key outcomes of the digital audit will be a gap analysis as well as an implementation roadmap for success with a suggested digital strategy. You are free to implement this proposed digital strategy and roadmap yourself or work with us as your preferred digital marketing agency partner.
Once the project scope has been identified, we submit a granular budget overview and proposal for our digital marketing and technology services including the team that will be assigned to the project. We generally work with fixed management fees and are transparent about all aspects of our proposal and associated fee structure.
When a proposal has been accepted, we sign a mutual NDA and get the digital marketing and technology project teams in place to initiate the agency engagement. The mobilization of the digital marketing consultants and specialists usually takes between 5 and15 working days, depending on the exact project scope or the size of the digital marketing and technology engagement.
