RinggitPlus is a Malaysian financial comparison website that helps users compare and apply for credit cards, loans and insurance products.
The priority.
RinggitPlus wanted to improve customer acquisition costs and conversion rates across its own platform and its partners’ platforms. admiral.digital was engaged to develop the concepts, strategy and digital products to support this.
The work.
Working closely with RinggitPlus’s internal team, we created prototypes and fully functional products, including websites, retirement and insurance calculators, and progressive onboarding tools.
Our team led UX strategy, UI design, front-end and back-end development, and API integration. Testing and user acceptance testing were completed before deployment.
Following completion, we provided maintenance and ongoing conversion rate optimisation support.
The result.
Over nine months, we implemented seven tools, including two calculators, and launched two websites to support customer acquisition.
