Connecting a specialist brand with the customers it can help.
Solevation provides 3D-printing solutions for custom orthopaedic insoles, helping foot-care professionals explore a different approach to production.
We brought its existing brand to life across the website, advertising and email, connecting product information with clear enquiry journeys and structured follow-up. Our work combined strategic planning, website design and development, campaign creative, performance marketing and email communications.

The priority.
Make a specialist solution easier to understand, explore and enquire about.
Solevation needed to communicate its offering to professionals considering how 3D printing could fit into their practice. The digital experience had to explain the products and their practical benefits, answer questions and give interested prospects a clear next step.
That experience also needed to continue beyond the website, with relevant advertising, useful email content and a structured way for the team to follow up.
Our approach.
We began with strategic planning, defining audience personas, key narratives and customer journeys. This provided the foundation for how the offering was explained and how prospects moved from discovery towards enquiry.
We then applied Solevation’s existing identity consistently across that journey. The website established the product story, advertising introduced the offering to relevant audiences, and email provided information and follow-up as prospects explored their options.
Behind these touchpoints, we connected website forms, contact records and email workflows to support the sales team.
The work.
Bringing the brand to life online.
We applied Solevation’s visual identity across the website, using page layout, imagery, typography and clear content hierarchy to give the brand a consistent digital presence.
The UX and UI helped visitors explore the printer, filaments and foot scanner, understand the offering and find relevant information. English and Dutch content supported the priority audiences, with clear routes to brochures, product enquiries and contact.

A website connected to the enquiry journey.
We developed the website and connected its forms with ActiveCampaign, linking customer-facing interactions to contact records and relevant follow-up workflows.
Enquiries and information requests triggered appropriate communications, with deal creation and internal notifications supporting relevant sales journeys. This gave the team a structured way to receive and follow up interest, while retaining responsibility for managing sales conversations and deal stages.
Email that carries the conversation forward.
We designed and developed branded email templates and automated journeys in English and Dutch.
These included welcome messages, brochure and fact-sheet delivery, enquiry follow-up and re-engagement. The content helped prospects learn more about the solution and understand what to do next.
We also created newsletter content and templates, extending the brand experience beyond automated messages and giving the team reusable formats for customer communication.

Advertising that makes the offering accessible.
We developed advertising copy and creative for lead-generation and event campaigns, including static designs, video and animation assets, and search copy.
The work translated a technical offering into messages suited to different channels and formats, connecting product benefits with clear invitations to learn more or get in touch.
Performance marketing supported by measurement.
We set up and managed paid campaigns, including activity around OTWorld and lead generation, with tracking to connect advertising activity to website actions.
Campaign structures, creative and reporting supported testing and optimisation, providing a basis for decisions about audiences, messages and media investment.
The result.
Solevation gained a consistent digital expression of its brand and a connected foundation for customer acquisition and follow-up.
The website brings the offering into focus. Advertising provides routes into the experience, while branded emails deliver information and continue the conversation. Connected forms and CRM workflows help the team manage the interest generated.
Together, these elements support the journey from initial awareness to an informed sales conversation.
