Shared digital foundations. Distinctive school experiences.
Our relationship with Taylor’s Schools began with Garden International School and has expanded across the group. Today, our work spans group brand strategy, school content strategies, UX and UI design, website and platform development, performance marketing, and the systems connecting these activities.
The shared objective is to support each school’s growth while building a repeatable digital model that can scale with the group.

The priority.
Each Taylor’s school has its own identity, community and educational offer. Its marketing and digital experience need to communicate those strengths, attract quality enquiries and support families as they progress towards admissions.
At group level, Taylor’s needed to articulate what united its schools and establish more consistent digital foundations. Aligning website technology, enquiry capture and measurement would support individual school objectives while making it easier to bring additional schools into the group’s digital ecosystem.
Our approach.
The relationship has developed through successive priorities. Our initial work with Garden International School included its website, performance marketing, creative and content strategy. That relationship continues today through website support and performance marketing.
We then extended the website approach to other schools, adapting shared foundations to their individual identities. The scope gradually broadened into school content strategies, group positioning and digital product development.
Across this work, the principle is consistent: standardise the structures that benefit from being shared, while preserving what makes each school distinctive.
The work.
Clarifying the group and school stories.
At group level, we developed brand and content strategy to articulate Taylor’s Schools’ identity, ambition and the value of its wider network.
School-specific content strategies explored individual strengths, audience needs and messaging. These provided direction for communicating each school’s offer within the broader group.

Designing distinctive experiences on shared foundations.
Through UX, UI design and development, we created the group website and worked across school websites, including Garden International School, Taylor’s International School, Nexus International School Malaysia and Australian International School Malaysia.
A key driver has been aligning websites around WordPress and repeatable structures. This provides a common foundation for development and ongoing support, with content and interfaces tailored to each school’s character and admissions needs.

Connecting marketing, enquiry capture and measurement.
Our performance marketing work supports participating Malaysian schools through Google and Meta campaign management.
Alongside this, we have worked across school websites on HubSpot form integration, tracking, analytics and connections with advertising platforms. These connections support the wider objective of understanding which activity generates quality enquiries and helping school teams progress those enquiries towards admissions.
Developing LevelUp Academy.
We also developed the LevelUp Academy platform for enrichment programmes and camps. The scope brought together programme discovery, parent accounts, registration and booking, payment integration, and administration tools for managing programmes and enrolments.
This extended our contribution into a digital product serving families and programme teams.

The result.
Taylor’s Schools has a defined group narrative and a new group website, alongside renewed school websites, school-specific content strategies and connections between marketing, enquiry capture and measurement.
These deliverables are establishing a more consistent digital foundation: shared technology and repeatable structures that support individual school goals and can be extended as the group grows.
Ongoing work
That approach is now being extended through content strategy and website work for all four St Andrews schools in Thailand. The work builds on the wider relationship while responding to each school’s distinct context.
“Working with the Admiral Digital team has been an important part of building the next chapter of Taylor’s Schools. Their creativity, dedication and attention to detail helped bring our vision to life — from developing our brand strategy and positioning through to translating that into our new website. The result feels modern, professional and truly reflects who we are and where we are heading as a Group.”
