Making complex technology easier to understand and its value easier to see.
Based in Europe and serving clients globally, Twintag connects physical products with digital experiences. Its platform gives individual products a digital identity, opening up new ways for businesses to share information, support customers and deliver services throughout a product’s lifecycle.
admiral.digital helped translate that broad technical capability into a clearer commercial story. Through content strategy, website UX and UI design, copywriting and animated product storytelling, we connected what Twintag does with why it matters to the businesses using it.

The priority.
A flexible platform can solve many different problems. Communicating that flexibility clearly requires a strong structure.
Twintag’s capabilities spanned product information, customer service, connected packaging and digital product passports, with applications across multiple industries. Prospective customers needed to understand both the underlying technology and the specific opportunity for their business.
The priority was to organise that breadth into a clear narrative and website experience: helping visitors recognise a relevant use case, understand its value and take the next step towards a conversation.
Our approach.
We started by connecting the platform’s features with customer needs.
Working with the Twintag team, we mapped audiences, industries, use cases and product benefits. This created a strategic foundation for the messaging, website architecture and individual page journeys.
We then brought that thinking into the design and content together. The website needed to communicate a technically sophisticated product through clear language, an intuitive structure and a confident visual presentation.
The same principle guided the subsequent animation work: use recognisable situations to explain how the technology works and the practical value it can create.
The work.
A clearer strategic and content foundation.
We developed a content strategy that connected Twintag’s capabilities with the challenges faced by different audiences.
This included persona definition, feature and benefit mapping, messaging narratives and user journeys. We organised the story around relevant industries and use cases, creating a more coherent way to explain the platform without relying on a long list of technical features.
That foundation informed how Twintag introduced its offer, explained individual applications and guided prospective customers through the website.
Website UX, UI and copywriting.
We translated the strategy into website wireframes, page designs and copy across the homepage, industry, use-case and solution content.
The UX gave visitors different routes into the product story, depending on their needs. The UI established a consistent visual hierarchy, bringing structure to detailed information and helping key messages stand out.
Working with the Twintag team, we refined the content and supported implementation, quality assurance and launch. Post-launch refinements addressed responsive behaviour and visual consistency across the site.

Animated product storytelling.
We extended the product narrative into animation, working with Twintag’s team to refine scripts, develop storyboards and produce animated sequences.
The main explainer used a product’s lifecycle to show how a digital identity can connect information, people and services over time. This made an abstract platform easier to explain through familiar situations.
A subsequent customer-service edit focused the story on a specific application, showing how connected product information could support customers and service teams. Together, the animations gave Twintag additional ways to explain its technology beyond the website.

The result.
A clearer connection between a sophisticated platform and the business needs it serves.
Twintag gained a structured content foundation, a redesigned website and animated product stories that made its offer more tangible. The work brought greater consistency to how the company explained its capabilities across industries and use cases.
It also gave the team a stronger basis for commercial conversations: a coherent narrative, clearer digital journeys and visual tools for explaining the product’s value.
