admiral.digital is looking for an experienced and talented UX Strategist. You will be part of a fast-growing team working on global and local accounts, reporting directly to the UX Lead and working in conjunction with the Head of UX/UI and Product Lead.
You are responsible to identify the ideal user journey for website and mobile app by conducting and guarding the proper UX processes. You are obsessed with visualizing the best user journeys possible and present them to stakeholders, backed by proper quantitative and qualitative data points.
You are the ‘ever curious objective led explorer’ designing and shaping unique, user-centric and inspiring designs and product experiences. You have the knowledge, expertise and drive to investigate, innovate and develop outstanding design solutions with an emphasis on digital applications.

Roles & Responsibilities.
User Experience Strategy:
Conduct user research and interviews to understand customers pain points, evaluate the findings and produce customer-centric solutions.
Understand business strategy and objectives, architect UX flows from multiple touchpoints and platform perspectives.
Design ideal state user experience by aligning with business objectives and strategy of the company.
Develop prototypes and various UX deliverables to effectively communicate the solutions.
Develop UX flows, prototypes and present the concept to stakeholders.
Innovate, improve on existing user journeys to encourage user adoption and engagement.
Conduct usability testing on prototypes, identify weaknesses in designs through heuristic evaluation then modify accordingly. Iterate the design cycle until the solution is ready to be released.
Prepare reports on the findings and proposed solutions.
Work closely with squad members to identify product/feature releases, prioritise and plan the milestones.
Project Management:
Manage clients and project timelines.
Skill Sets:
You are experienced working with interactive prototyping software such as Figma, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin and others.
You are experienced working with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello and other project management tools.
Stakeholder Relationships:
Work collaboratively with UI Designer and technical team to align overall user experience.
Work and communicate with client teams directly where required.
Present design decisions to stakeholders, articulate rationales behind to obtain approval.
Form a bridge between the Client and UI Designer to ensure both the business objectives and user needs are continuously aligned.
Keep up to date with the UX trends, proactively sharing knowledge with the team.
Have a “can-do” attitude and proven ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements.
At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in UX strategy and business analysis;
Proven experience incustomer centric thinking;
Experience with interactiveprototyping software such as FigJam, Figma Azure, Balsamiq or similar;
Proficient in Google Slides, Keynote or similar to create design presentations for clients;
Fluent in English (written and verbal);
Able to present complex topics in a well-disposed manner;
The ability to concentrate on multiple projects and clients;
“Can-do” attitude and proven ability to work in a team environment;
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills;
Detail- and result oriented;
