As the Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the creation, design, execution and optimization of paid performance marketing campaigns across client accounts and will report to our Performance Marketing Lead directly.
Your strong analytical background allows you to create ROI models based on client KPI and turn these models into actionable account improvements. You have proven experience with business intelligence tools and you have the knowledge to build custom reports for clients.
Roles & Responsibilities.
Strategic campaign planning of cross-channel performance marketing stacks
Audience and targeting research following a strategic campaign plan
Set up of accounts, campaigns and ads across different channels
Integration and setup of tracking tools and conversions or pixels across accounts
Optimize performance marketing channels on a daily basis towards best results
Optimize creative performance per channel through A/B testing
Optimization and management of daily budgets
Prepare daily, weekly, and or monthly reports for clients with the ability to automate reports
Requirements.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing field with knowledge on paid ads such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Experience with dashboards and business intelligence tools
Posses high level of analytical and business intelligence skills
Experience interpreting data while turning insights into actionable plans
Experience with the day-to-day optimization of accounts
Familiarity with marketing automation is a plus
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization is a plus
Familiarity with SEO is a plus
