Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. On-site.
As an admiral digital Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the creation, design, execution and optimization of paid performance marketing campaigns across client accounts and will report to our Head of Performance Marketing directly. 

Your strong analytical background allows you to create ROI models based on client KPI and turn these models into actionable account improvements. You have proven experience with business intelligence tools and you have the knowledge to build custom reports for clients. Your experience ranges across different PPC channels with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Roles & Responsibilities.

  • Strategic campaign planning of cross-channel performance marketing stacks
  • Audience and targeting research following a strategic campaign plan
  • Set up of accounts, campaigns and ads across different channels
  • Integration and setup of tracking tools and conversions or pixels across accounts
  • Optimize performance marketing channels on a daily basis towards best results
  • Optimize creative performance per channel through A/B testing
  • Optimization and management of daily budgets
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and or monthly reports for clients with the ability to automate reports
  • Guide, mentor, coach junior team members on day to day operation by sharing knowledge and expertise of performance marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing field with knowledge on paid ads such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc
  • Experience with dashboards and business intelligence tools
  • Posses high level of analytical and business intelligence skills
  • Experience interpreting data while turning insights into actionable plans
  • Experience with the day-to-day optimization of accounts
  • Familiarity with marketing automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus
  • Experience in guiding, mentoring junior team members is a plus
