BitOrb is an innovative crypto derivatives exchange that offers perpetual contracts for Bitcoin (BTC) while aiming to provide a fair, transparent and easy-to-use exchange platform catering to all levels of traders. The BitOrb team of experts have been brought together from across diverse backgrounds in cryptocurrency, trading, banking, software development, marketing technology and operations to build the number one cryptocurrency derivatives exchange.
As a new organisation, BitOrb engaged admiral.digital to advise on digital customer experiences across different parts of the user journey. admiral.digital executed a high-performance digital strategy over the course of 12 months in close collaboration with the Bitorb Team.
The admiral.digital product and marketing team integrated with the BitOrb team to work on user experience strategies and user interface designs. The team developed a user-centric product strategy taking all touchpoints of the user lifecycle into account, from pre-investor to onboarded and loyal trader. We integrated API’s and set up, maintained and optimized all tracking required across performance channels, platforms, CRM tools and other integrations while setting up an e-KYC solution. From a project execution perspective, the BitOrb and admiral.digital teams collaborated seamlessly through shared Trello boards, standardized SOPs and daily calls. We provided an expert point of contact with access to subject-matter experts when required.
The results.
Over an intense twelve months collaboration, a team of four specialists integrated with BitOrb as an outsourced marketing and product team. The team successfully integrated Onfido KYC API, BitGo API, ActiveCampaign CRM and Microsoft Dynamics and enabled the codeless management of the BitOrb marketing website by the BitOrb marketing team. As a result, BitOrb were able to successfully raise funds through the custom built STO portal.
