Petchef was founded with the purpose of feeding cats and dogs across Singapore & Malaysia with great and healthy food. The company provides human-grade, quality pet food to pet owners on a weekly basis through an online subscription model. Food is delivered to every owners’ doorstep, making life easier and pets healthier and happier!
Petchef has been growing fast and challenged the admiral.digital team to rethink their on-site user experience with a main focus on improving customer acquisition efficiency leading to more online sales.
The admiral.digital team started off with a UX and technical audit of the existing website. The insights collected, were presented to the Petchef team and functioned as the foundation of a new CX strategy. A strong focus on customer personas, user journeys and detailed sales funnels led to detailed wireframes and designs. Upon approval of the new website designs, the admiral.digital team rebuilt the website using a simple and light tech stack (WordPress / Elementor). The Petchef team was trained on the management of the website and all assets, including hosting, domain and analytics accounts, were handed over.
The results.
The admiral.digital team delivered a fully optimised web platform in less than 12 weeks including a new design and a progressive customer onboarding app.
With an increase in efficiency of close to 78% compared to the original platform, the new website and progressive web app had a direct impact on Petchef’s bottom-line.
