Business Development Manager

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. On-site.
The Business Development Manager is focused on driving new business and top line growth across the Company. You do this through new business development and sales and forging strong relationships with current clients and partners. You will be tasked with creating and applying an effective sales strategy which drives domestic (Malaysia) and international expansion in Southeast Asia. You have the ability to think strategically and execute brilliantly. You are highly organised, efficient and have exceptional attention to detail. You never drop the ball.

Roles & Responsibilities.

  • Set sales strategies and goals ensuring they are met.
  • Drive business development activities across the Company to grow sales in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
  • Strategize and oversee new Business Development focused marketing initiatives to identify and acquire new sales prospects (leads)
  • Prepare presentations and sales pitch decks
  • Maintain and grow trusted relationships with key existing and future clients, partners and stakeholders.

Requirements.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in sales, business development role.
  • Experience being both a hunter and a farmer.
  • Proven track record in sales and thrive on making win-win deals. You have an extensive network which you can leverage to get opening meetings.
  • Entrepreneurial, a go-getter, and live life with a ‘can do’ attitude.
